My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in room 202 of the Del Prado Inn, and I would like to say that we loved every moment. The hotel is perfect, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, very attentive people. They welcome you with a cup of coca tea.

We are back from Peru and in the office working hard!
I want to tell you thank you so much for your patience and hospitality while we were in Cuzco. Everyone liked the hotel a lot. The city was beautiful and we were so glad that God provided us tickets to Machu Picchu.

A big thank you for the wonderful surprise that the staff organized for me on my birthday on 17 May 2008. Being more than 15 000 kilometers away from home in South Africa, their kind gesture of a wonderful cake and birthday song made my birthday very special.

Hola Diana, y hola a todos, Joyci, Lucho, Perci, el amigo Melchor Núñez Del Prado, y lamentablemente no puedo acordarme de los nombres de todo el staff en la cocina.. espero que estén todos bien..

Me ha llevado unos días en escribir, pero la vida de un profesor y viajero crea dificultades cuando se trata de sentarse a escribir reportes. Yo siempre tengo problemas con los decanos de la universidad por esta razón!

Escribo ahora porque quiero mencionarte que la experiencia de alojamiento y atención y asistencia que hemos tenido en el Del Prado Inn, han sido una de las mejores que he conocido en muchos años de viaje. El grupo que he traído obviamente no era simple de manejar. Sin la colaboración que ustedes me han brindado, hubiese sido posiblemente imposible. Las instalaciones son excelentes, todas las áreas comunes lo son. Las oportunidades de excursiones y actividades en la zona general son magníficas y tu colaboración en la planificación y reservas de estas han sido extraordinarias. Lalo y su gente han sido magníficos también.

Pero es siempre el nivel humano de colaboración y amistad lo que hace la diferencia real.

Marian, Amos, Hadas y Isaiah envían sus cariños y yo me sumo con un abrazo y mis mejores deseos..

Dear Diana,

Thank you so much. Your hotel was such a pleasure. You are definitely world class and set a new standard for hotels in Cusco and South America. I am going to post a great review for you on TripAdvisor and go2peru. I do not think a U.S. hotel would have gone to this much trouble for me, not even a five star hotel costing hundreds of dollars a night. Your staff was attentive and, your rooms beautiful and modern. The food at breakfast was wonderful too. I also couldn't believe how reasonable the mini bar were. I saw similar items in the grocery store for more. This was my second trip to Cusco, but was my favorite thanks to you. I will let you know when they arrive.

Nuestra visita a Cusco fue especial por muchos motivos y ustedes ayudaron mucho a esto, es la segunda vez que me hospedo en vuestro hotel, la vez anterior fue con mi familia y ahora con mi esposo para nuestra luna de miel. Nos fuimos muy muy contentos por todos los detalles y atenciones que nos dieron, es que parecía sinceramente que estábamos en casa ya que nos atendían en todos nuestros antojos!!.

I stayed at your hotel from 7th to 11th of September. I was so much impressed about the friendliness and obligingness of all the staff.
Any wish was being fullfield even before pronouncing it.
My room, 401, was tastefully furnished and very clean. The view over the roofs of Cusco and the Plaza de Armas was just amazing.
